Our Afro Woman apparel and mugs are made to order to reduce waste.
Most orders are produced in 2–5 business days, then shipped out with tracking where available. (Printful)
Delivery time depends on your location (especially international orders). You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order ships.
Journals (paperback + PDF)
PDF journals are delivered digitally (instant access / download).
Paperback journals are fulfilled and shipped via Amazon and may arrive in Amazon packaging.
International orders (customs)
International orders may be subject to local import taxes/duties. These are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
We want you to feel confident ordering — and we’ll always put things right if there’s a genuine issue.
Apparel + mugs (made to order)
Because these items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong size.
However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll fix it — usually with a free replacement or refund once we review the issue. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos so we can raise the claim with our production partner. (Printful)

Journals (PDF)
Due to the nature of digital products, PDF downloads are non-refundable once delivered/accessed.
Journals (paperback)
If there’s a faulty or damaged paperback, contact us and we’ll make it right.
If you’ve simply changed your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll confirm next steps. Returned items must be unused and in resellable condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
